Div 296 carried as proposed, not law

The $3m superannuation measure (Division 296) is modelled as announced (15% extra on earnings attributable to balances above $3m, threshold unindexed) but flagged proposed. Projections in the Future Tax Exposure and Super Strategy tools show it with a "proposed" badge.

HECS 2025-26 settings flagged indicative

The 2025 HELP reform package changed repayment to a marginal system with a higher threshold. Figures are entered as best-known and flagged indicative until verified against the ATO rates page, the HECS Planner and Reporter show "indicative" on repayment amounts.
